January 25 Task Force Update

How do we as a community foster dialogue and learning - and hold each other accountable? Sequoyah's newly-formed K-12 Anti-Bias Task Force met last week for the first time and will continue to meet through March to discuss these issues and more. Please keep an eye out for ways you can become involved in this important work.

As the K-12 Anti-Bias Task Force, we are equally committed to communicating out about our progress as we are about inviting input into the Guiding Questions we are discussing. If any member of our community would like to submit comments for review by the Task Force, they are invited to respond to this K-12 Anti-Bias Task Force input form.

This form is not monitored daily. For issues related to bias that require response or immediate attention, please contact Sequoyah School staff members. If you are unsure of who is best suited to address your concern, feel free to email the Co-Directors of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion: RJ Sakai and Marisol Pérez.
